Come See A Very Mixed-Up Christmas Pageant!

Oh dear, the director of the children’s Christmas pageant not only has had a “Christmas light hanging” accident but also has the only key to the costume closet.  So, for the dress rehearsal the Pastor just tells the children to wear their Halloween costumes and he pulls in a nervous but willing helper to direct.
Please come and support the children as they present their latest dramatic work!

Performances are:
· Sunday, December 22 during the Sunday school hour
· 7 pm Christmas Eve service

Upcoming Adult Sunday School—Spiritual Discernment

What does it mean to do the will of God? It’s an issue that is raised every time we recite the Lord’s Prayer. “Your Kingdom come. Your will be done.” we say. How do we know what that will is in any given circumstance? Coming to understand what God wants is known as the process of spiritual discernment. Discernment helps fulfill that earnest plea we pray so frequently and so come closer to the heart of God.
In this Sunday School series we will explore how that process operates, what factors might influence our decisions and how they align (or don’t align) with the will of God. How does God “speak” to us in our daily lives? What “voices” should we listen for? How, by doing God’s will, do we live the lives God wants for us? Come join us as we prayerfully consider these questions.
Join us on  December 15 & 22 at 9 am in the Nolt Auditorium.
