Easter Egg Hunt @ Trinity Lutheran April 4, 2026 at 10 am

Trinity has asked for our help and participation with their annual Easter egg hunt on Saturday April 4th. Here are ways you could help:
* Participate in the pizza and egg stuffing party at noon, March 29th (Palm Sunday) at Trinity. Please RSVP with Kath so they order enough pizza.

*Volunteer the morning of April 4th: scattering eggs on the yard, egg protection from the squirrels before the hunt, interacting with the children. The total commitment of time would be 9-11 am!
*Bring your children and little ones to participate in the egg hunt – it is low-key with plenty of eggs!

Outreach

I’m heading to North Carolina again on April 26th along with 40 other volunteers to work in the Asheville area helping folks recover from hurricane Helene which caused major flooding and devastating damage to many of the residential neighborhoods.
If you are interested in helping you can do that in a number of ways. Checks can be sent to the Rev. Glenn Beard at 600 E. Main Street, Lititz 17543. The checks should be made out to: “N. Lancaster Conference Dean’s Fund” with “disaster response” in the memo. You can also purchase gift cards from Lowe’s, Home Depot or Walmart and drop them off at the Church office for me to bring along to NC. Or, you can also support our partner, “LDR Carolinas” with checks sent to:

LDR Carolinas
1988 Lutheran Synod Dr
Salisbury, NC 28144

Your support and your prayers for a safe and productive trip are greatly appreciated.
Please don’t hesitate to ask me about the trip when I return.

God’s Work Our Hands!
Yours in Christ, Vicki Mumma
