World Cup of Sharing

November 6th – Last Day for World Cup of Sharing Event Tickets

Come & Enjoy Flavors to Savor on November 13th!

Sunday, November 6th (after both services) will be your final chance to purchase tickets for the World Cup of

Sharing Kickoff Event, which will follow the second service on November 13th.

Tickets are $10.00 for adults. There is no charge for children under twelve, but please let us know how many children you are bringing.

A wonderful and tempting array of foods is on the tasting menu being planned by our guest chefs from Cameroon, Cuba, Mexico, and the US (including Puerto Rico). Not only will we be kicking off Grace’s World Cup of Sharing Ingathering, which will run through December 18th, but we will also have the opportunity to meet neighbors whom Grace serves – residents of L-HANDS and some of our current ELL students. From this latter group come most of our guest chefs.

Plan to come and meet our neighbors and enjoy delicious foods, as we begin our ingathering to support L-HANDS and LIRS in their important ministries, with a goal of $10,000 (or more with your generosity!)

Hope For the Holidays

Grace is participating in Hope For the Holidays for the second year! Last year we sent over 100 Christmas cards to immigrant and refugee families at the US Mexico border.

Christmas cards and Spanish translation guides are available in the Narthex and must be returned to the church by Sunday November 27th. Please do not place cards in individual envelopes.

If you have any questions please email Angie at graceelcaapd@gm
