Easter Fountain Flowers
If you are interested in decorating the fountain during Eastertide please contact Angie. Opportunities to share plants and flowers for the fountain will be available beginning Sunday, April 23 and continuing through May 28.
Families may buy plants and flowers to decorate the Fountain on the Sunday they choose, delivering them to church on Saturday and following Sunday services, take their plants home.

Grace Book Group
We met last week to discuss books our friend’s recommended to us. You can view our list of books here
To help you plan ahead and perhaps read over your summer vacations our themes for the next few months are:
May – Read a book by your favorite or one of your top five authors.
June – Read a book that retells a classic story or fairy tale.
July – Read a book that is set in a place you’d like to visit or revisit.
August – Read a book that was originally published in a non-English language.
September – Read a book that was published the year you were born.

Grocery Cards
Grocery cards are available at both services on Sunday morning.
You may order cards by calling Duane and Kitty Weiss.
Remember all purchases of cards realizes 5% in cash back to Grace. These funds are used to support our many ministries.
Christian Formation
High School/ Young Adult Sunday School & Youth Group
Sunday School
A High School/Young Adult Sunday School class will begin on Sunday, April 16, 2023, at 9:15 AM. If you are high school or college aged, grab a snack in the Nolt Auditorium before heading to the Stafford Room, below the church office, as we gather to discuss the things that matter most.
Students currently attending confirmation class are welcome to join this class once they have been confirmed. We look forward to seeing you there!
Youth Group
Beginning Thursday, April 20, 2023, the Grace Youth Group will begin meeting in the Stafford Room on Thursday evenings from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM. This group is open to all students in middle school and high school. Join us as we support one another in fellowship, worship, education, and service.

Our Grace Family
We continue to share our sadness at the death of Carol Main, whose own life, along with her family is part of Grace Church in so many ways. Details are falling into place for Carol’s funeral. All are invited to give thanks for her life and witness on May 13th, Saturday morning at 10:30 a.m. at Zion Lutheran Church in Sunbury, PA. Before he was Bishop Main, Pastor Main served this congregation, and Carol and the Main family remained connected there during Don’s tenure as the Bishop of the Upper Susquehanna Synod, and her long career as a high school teacher of German and History at Shikellamy H.S. until they moved to Lancaster in retirement and became part of our congregation. Pastor Verkouw will be presiding at the service there, assisted by other clergy close to the family, and Dr. David McConnell and many members of our choir will be leading the worship and music. We will be chartering a bus, probably leaving Grace around 8:00 a.m. Saturday morning and returning following the service sometime in the mid-afternoon. All are welcome! Please call or email Angie at 717-397-2748 or gracechurch517@gmail.com – if you would like to reserve a seat on the bus. Pastor will be driving our own Grace bus if it is needed.
